These articles are designed to introduce AMJ readers to new innovations in research methods. The scope and details of AMJ research methods articles have been described in a From the Editors column by Gruber and Bliese (2024). Participants are highly encouraged to read this editorial prior to submitting a paper for the PDW. The first goal of the workshop is to use the plenary session to provide further insights on AMJ research methods manuscripts.
