She is also co-chair of the British Academy of Management (BAM) with responsibility for Management Knowledge and Education (MKE). She also co-leads BAM\u2019s Education-focused Professor program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9f1e75 elementor-hidden-tablet class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Following an early career as a marine ecologist at a field center in rural Pembrokeshire, Black moved into HR management in the retail sector.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47f1a88 elementor-hidden-tablet elementor-hidden-mobile elementor-widget
