Shestudies how people think about and use time at work. Her research studies include how individuals think about the past, present, and future, how the trajectory of work experiences over time (person-environment fit, satisfaction, and burnout) affects attitudes and behaviors, how individuals react to change, and how time is spent on work tasks.<\/p><p>Shipp has published widely in premier academic journals, including <em> Academy of Management Review and Academy of Management Annals, <\/em> and is currently an Associate Editor at <em>Academy of Management Review. <\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04f440c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"04f440c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Yalcin joined Sabanci University in 2003.
