His work has<br \/>been published in premier academic journals, as well as in leading practice-oriented publications and editorials. His research has been featured in many popular media outlets. In 2022, Poets &amp; Quants named Myers as one of the top 40 business school professors under 40 world-wide.<\/p><p><br \/>Myers has been elected to multiple leadership roles within the Academy of Management, currently serving as an elected representative-at-large for the <a href=\"https:\/\/ob.aom.org\/about-us\/executive-committee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organizational Behavior<\/a> Division and as an associate <a href=\"https:\/\/aom.org\/research\/journals\/discoveries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">editor of Academy of Management Discoveries<\/a>.<\/p><p><br \/>He also speaks and consults regularly for organizations on topics regarding learning, leadership, and healthcare management, and has worked with leaders from a range of industries, various local and national government agencies, and leading academic medical centers and emergency services teams.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Myers served on the faculty of the Harvard Business School. He earned his Ph.D. in management and organizations from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in business administration with highest honors and highest distinction from the<br \/>University of
