pursuing their calling, and leaders who are dealing with mental-health difficulties.\u00a0<\/p><p><br \/>In 2023, she was named Distinguished Scholar by the Academy of Management\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/moc.aom.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Managerial and Organizational Cognition Division<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
