Ana Maria Silva
Academy of Management Scholar Ana Maria Silva of Cork University Business School at the University College Cork is an awardee of the 2023 Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship. She began her doctoral studies in October 2022. Her research is focused on the hybrid workplace and its influence on innovation practices.
Prior to beginning her Ph.D. studies, Silva completed a master’s degree in Human Resource Management at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management at the University of Lisbon.
