He has served as a keynote speaker for organizations around the world, including governments and Fortune 500 firms.

His academic research on group dynamics, creativity, improvisation, and leadership has been published in the field’s top academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Perspectives, Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Annals, and Academy of Management Collections. His work has been featured in prominent media outlets, such as The BBC, The Conversation UK, The Daily Mail, The Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, Harvard Business

Fisher earned his Ph.D. in organizational behavior at Harvard University and, before joining UCL, worked at Boston University’s School of Management. Prior to starting his Ph.D. program, he studied improvisation in the arts at New York University (master’s degree) and jazz trumpet at New England Conservatory of Music (bachelor’s degree).
