Giulia Milani

Academy of Management Member Giulia Milani of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is a research fellow and a member of the Ca’ Foscari Competency Centre. She earned her Ph.D. in the field of organizational behavior from that institution. Her research focuses on careers and individuals’ behavior within organizations. Specifically, she investigates people’s relationship with the future, exploring how individuals can shape their careers by envisioning their desired role and responsibilities, as well as how conduct and performance within organizations are affected by a shared, positive vision of their future.
