Originally from Brazil, where she earned her master’s degree in industrial engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Rech Graciano dos Santos focused on measuring the competitiveness of the value chain in agribusiness. Also, she earned a Business Management Certificate from Canadian College in Vancouver, Canada, and a certificate for completing the Google Project Management Program.

While pursuing her Ph.D. at Luiss, she is collaborating with Italiacamp, a Rome-based impact organization that partners with private for-profit companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, to understand the mechanisms and processes that are singular to every project.
