Matteo Cristofaro

Academy of Management Scholar Matteo Cristofaro of the University of Rome Tor Vergata was recognized among the “World’s Top 2% Scientists” by Stanford University (2022–2024). His research focuses on behavioral strategy, managerial decision-making, and organizational adaptation. Cristofaro is the chair of the Management History division of the Academy of Management and vice president for education at the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management (IFSAM). His work bridges cognitive, affective, and AI-driven perspectives on strategic behavior.
