Rebecca Mitchell
Academy of Management Scholar Rebecca “Becca” Mitchell of the University of Colorado Boulder researches how time influences team processes and outcomes and how organizations can improve the effectiveness of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Her work appears in peer-reviewed journals such as Academy of Management Journal. She earned her Ph.D. at Michigan State University and her bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan.
Prior to her career in academia, Mitchell worked as a healthcare consultant and a university fundraiser.
