Why Booking Within the Hotel Block Matters 

We encourage all attendees to book their accommodation through the official room block at our contracted hotels. By doing so, you’ll receive the guaranteed lowest conference rates and stay in conveniently located properties with fellow attendees. 

Booking within the block also helps support the success of the meeting. When attendees stay at our partner hotels, we’re able to meet our contractual obligations, avoid costly penalties, and continue to negotiate affordable rates for future meetings.
