After Attending the Annual Meeting

Thank you for participating in the Annual Meeting! This page outlines the materials and resources available to you after the meeting concludes.
Access Receipts and Payment Records
Registration receipts are available through your AOM Member Profile once payment has been fully processed and confirmed. These receipts can be used for reimbursement or recordkeeping purposes.
Please review the following step-by-step instructions on how to locate your receipts for funding or credential needs:
- Sign into your AOM Member Profile.
If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot your password?” to reset. - Click Invoice/Receipts in the left-side panel.
- Select All Orders and find the event.
- Click the right arrow next to the event.
- Click the receipt number to view or download it.
Annual Meeting Letters & Availability
AOM provides standardized letters designed to confirm an attendee’s association with the Annual Meeting. Letters are available only if applicable, based on eligibility.
Most letters are accessed through the AOM Submission Center using AOM Member Profile credentials.
Post-Conference Letters
- Annual Meeting Attendance Letter
Available Early August+
Confirms a member’s active involvement in the Annual Meeting. This letter will indicate where the attendee picked up their badge (if applicable, for in-person verification) and/or confirm participation as a presenter, panelist, or On-Demand contributor.

Program Materials and Session Content
Availability of all session materials depends on the presenter. Materials may be accessible after the meeting through the program platform. Additional guidance is available on the Program page.
Stay Connected
Many attendees use the period following the Annual Meeting to:
- Follow up with new professional contacts
- Reconnect with Divisions or Interest Groups
- Continue discussions and collaborations that began during sessions or events
