Membership Status and Registration

Ensure your membership status is active through 31 August 2026.
Not registered? Take advantage of early registration rates through April.
Update your AOM Member Profile. Confirm your name, affiliation, and preferred email address, and update other contact information.

Explore the Annual Meeting Program and Mobile App

The Annual Meeting Program and mobile app will be released in June, and attendees will be notified by email when they become available.

The Annual Meeting Program will include session formats, presentation details, and schedule-building tools. Presenters should review the Program page for role-specific expectations and guidance once it is published.

The mobile app will support your meeting experience with:

Program and session access
Personal schedule planning
Interactive venue maps and walking routes

Badge Preview, Pickup, and Privacy

Beginning in the Spring, attendees will be able to preview and edit their conference badge information before the Annual Meeting. Taking a few moments to review your badge details in advance helps ensure accurate printing and a smooth onsite experience.

Attendees are encouraged to pick up their badges early. Badge pickup kiosks will open on Thursday, 30 July 2026 with hours and locations shared closer to the meeting on the On-Site Registration page.

To support interaction between participating exhibitors and attendees, AOM prints a barcode on each badge. Exhibitors may scan this barcode to collect basic contact information, such as name and email address. Badge scanning is voluntary, and exhibitors cannot access attendee information without consent. Attendees who prefer not to share their information may simply decline to present their badge for scanning.

Travel, Transportation, and Seasonal Considerations

Philadelphia is accessible by air, train, and public transportation, with taxis, rideshare services, and public transit widely available throughout the city. Click here for more information on how to get to and around Philadelphia. Meeting venues are located within walking distance of one another, and attendees should plan accordingly.

Summers in Philadelphia are typically warm to hot, with potential humidity. July and early August are among the warmest times of the year, and attendees may spend time walking between hotels, meeting spaces, and nearby venues.

When preparing for your trip, you may wish to plan for:

Light, comfortable clothing suitable for indoor and outdoor conditions
Comfortable walking shoes
Strong indoor air-conditioning in meeting spaces
Occasional summer rain or brief thunderstorms
A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day

Childcare Policy

We respect the family responsibilities our members may have when attending the Annual Meeting and aim to support a welcoming environment for all. While on-site childcare services are not available due to safety, liability, and cost considerations, attendees who bring dependents are encouraged to make their own arrangements in advance. Children under the age of 18 do not require a badge but must be supervised at all times.

One (1) guest pass per registered attendee can be purchased at an additional cost of $85 USD. Guests have limited access.

Travel Delays

If you experience flight delays that affect your hotel reservation, call the hotel directly to notify them. Missed check-in date and time can result in a no-show fee and reservation cancellation.
