AMR Bridge Reviewer Program

The Academy of Management Review’s (AMR) Bridge Reviewer Program is an innovative program with a goal of expanding the pool of potential reviewers. Participants of this program complete self-guided learning modules on topics such as writing highly developmental reviews, observing the ethics of reviewing, and avoiding bias while reviewing.

After completing these learning modules, Bridge Reviewers are matched with a mentor – a member of the AMR Editorial Review Board – who offers you an opportunity to practice reviewing a paper submitted to AMR. These seasoned and accomplished scholars then offer feedback on your review – allowing you to hone your craft of reviewing.

  • To participate in this program, please click the button below to enroll in the course.
  • Complete the learning modules.
  • Once you complete the learning modules, a mentor will reach out to you to complete a practice review. Please note that, due to tremendous interest in this program, it can take up to several months for you to be matched with a mentor. Thank you for your patience!
