The George R. Terry Book Award is granted annually to the book judged to have made the most outstanding contribution tothe global advancement of management knowledge.
Nominations for the 2026 are currently being accepted through Friday, 6 March 2026. To nominate a book for the 2026 Terry Book Award, please review the Nomination Process section below.
Book Submissions: an electronic copy of each nominated book must be sent to the Award Committee for review along with a George R. Terry Book Award Nomination Form. Award judges will not distribute the book files from publishers for award consideration. Hard copies may be requested. For more information, please contact Michael McShane, AOM Governance Manager.
