This international conference has been organized by the Indian School of Hospitality, in collaboration with the Academy of Management’s Community Accelerator Program (CAP), and is to be hosted on the campus of BML Munjal University, India. It aims to host eminent scholars and industry leaders for vibrant discussions on existing research and practices, with the goal of inspiring transformative research directions in service ecosystems.
