ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In 2024, AMJ began accepting research methods articles. These articles are designed to introduce AMJ readers to new innovations in research methods. The scope and details of AMJ research methods articles have been described in a From the Editors column by Gruber and Bliese (2024). Participants are highly encouraged to read this editorial prior to submitting a paper for the PDW. The first goal of the workshop is to use the plenary session to provide further insights on AMJ research methods manuscripts. The second goal is to use breakout sessions to work with authors to develop ideas on working manuscripts with the aim of a later submission for review as an AMJ research methods manuscript.
