By stepping away from daily work demands, participants will engage in a collaborative environment dedicated to renewing professional energy and gain a fresh perspective.
The workshop is divided into two distinct but complementary focus areas:
Day 2: Navigating the Academic Career The second day shifts focus toward the internal and structural aspects of faculty life. Participants will be invited to reflect on professional identity and the evolving narratives that shape academic careers today. With a specific lens on the Southeast European context, we will discuss the unique challenges and opportunities of balancing the tripartite demands of teaching, research, and service in a changing regional landscape.
Day 1: Innovating the Classroom The opening day is dedicated to the art of inspiring teaching. We will explore the integration of experiential learning and the transformative role of artificial Intelligence in higher education. These sessions combine practical demonstrations with interactive dialogues, providing faculty with concrete tools to create more meaningful and impactful learning experiences for their students.
