The Curious Educator is the inaugural webinar of AOM’s Teaching Community, a new initiative to enhance resources and community for management educators.
Hosted by AOM’s Management Education and Development (MED) Division, this one-hour webinar pulls together the most compelling insights about management education innovation from AOM 2026. You’ll leave with actionable strategies you can apply in your own classroom, including:

This webinar is co-hosted by Mairead Brady, Martin Fellenz, and Adam Keeley.
Mairead Brady is Chair of the MED Division and Associate Professor at Trinity College Dublin. Martin Fellenz is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at IMD Switzerland. Together, they have received numerous awards for excellence in management education, research, and teaching innovation, including the MED Division’s Best PDW Award, Best MED Symposium Award, a QS Reimagine Education Award, EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards, and teaching excellence recognitions. They also co-edited The Future of Management Education (2022).
Adam Keeley is an Assistant Lecturer at Maynooth University and serves as MED’s Secretary and Communications Director. He is recognized for his leadership in large-scale teaching, innovative approaches to student engagement, and outstanding service to the MED community.
