The Academy of Management’s Community Accelerator Program (CAP) and regional institutions are pleased to host the “Raising Caribbean Voices Workshop” from 27-28 August 2026 at the University of West Indies St. Augustine campus in Trinidad and Tobago. The workshop will bring together scholars and professors in management and organizational science from across the Caribbean to foster a vibrant regional research community. The workshop will deepen cross-institutional and cross-national networks, enhance research ideas and collaboration, and strengthen the translation of scholarly work into societal impact.

Workshop presenters include distinguished Academy of Management Journal editors and leading academics from the Caribbean as well as Caribbean diaspora.
