Join us for a unique opportunity to explore innovative approaches to teaching entrepreneurship with Professor Saras Sarasvathy, an expert on the cognitive basis for high-performance entrepreneurship and the creator of effectuation. This symposium brings together university educators to rethink how entrepreneurship is taught. The day will include two case sessions and two experiential sessions. All sessions will incorporate the Causal, Adaptive, Visionary, and Effectual (CAVE) framework for organizing the content in your entrepreneurship curriculum. This event is hosted by UVA Darden, the AOM Entrepreneurship Division, and AOM’s Community Accelerator Program. With support from AOM’s Community Accelerator Program, travel support is available to help faculty whose institutions cannot fund the trip attend. Seats are limited, and support is awarded on a need basis, so the amount varies with the costs you actually face.
