Since 1989, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences has maintained a rich tradition of hosting the SymOrg symposium aimed at advancing the fields of management and informatics in both theory and practice. SymOrg 2026 focuses on how organizations can develop resilience and intelligence to navigate continuous change and uncertainty. We aim to explore strategies, technologies, and practices that enable organizations to thrive amid disruption and drive sustainable transformation across industries, economies, and societies. SymOrg 2026 will include both scientific sessions and business-oriented events, such as forums, panel discussions, round tables, and a student startup event, focusing on contemporary issues relevant to managing organizations in times of permanent disruptions.
