The Turkish Academy of Management (TAOM) invites scholars, educators, doctoral students, and practitioners to its 2026 Annual Meeting in Izmir, Türkiye. Hosted by Dokuz Eylül University, the conference will take place between 31 August and 4 September 2026 at the Dokuz Eylül University Rectorate Building in Alsancak. The theme of TAOM 2026 is “Redefining Leadership: Adapting to AI-Driven Dynamics in Organizations.” The conference will bring together the management community for keynote talks, paper sessions, workshops, professional development activities, and international collaboration.

Reflecting İzmir’s unique academic, cultural, and Mediterranean setting, the meeting will provide an inclusive platform for discussing the future of leadership, organizations, work, and management scholarship in the age of artificial intelligence.
